The DNA behind our menus

Our food development team manages the ongoing ingredient lists for our people at a unit level. This is managed according to seasonality, quality, inflation, price and availability of product. Using our fully automated recipe system, we can achieve the highest quality and consistency of food. Each menu features approximately:

  • 90% freshly prepared ingredients
  • 7% dry, convenient, canned produce
  • 3% frozen ingredients

With a customised combination of freshly prepared ingredients, convenient produce pre-prepared meals, the hybrid meal option approach tailors our catering service to individual needs and budgets.

Designed for you

Each of our menus is designed in close collaboration with clients and residents’ requirements. This means that we can guarantee your residents are engaged with the food they are consuming. Everyone in your client management team has the opportunity to contribute to our catering service, ensuring the service we provide is based on your preferences and dietary needs.
Our resident system allows our team to understand individual needs and how best to meet them, adapting dishes for lowered sugar options where required for residents with diabetes, for example.
