Our food development team manages the ongoing ingredient lists for our people at a unit level. This is managed according to seasonality, quality, inflation, price and availability of product. Using our fully automated recipe system, we can achieve the highest quality and consistency of food. Each menu features approximately:
- 90% freshly prepared ingredients
- 7% dry, convenient, canned produce
- 3% frozen ingredients
With a customised combination of freshly prepared ingredients, convenient produce pre-prepared meals, the hybrid meal option approach tailors our catering service to individual needs and budgets.
