Our food development team manages the ongoing ingredient lists for our people at a unit level. This is managed according to seasonality, quality, inflation, price, and availability of product. Using our fully automated Source recipe system, we can achieve the highest quality and consistency of food. Each menu features approximately:
- 90% freshly prepared ingredients
- 7% dry, convenient, canned produce
- 3% frozen ingredients
This hybrid approach tailors our catering service to each of our clients. With a customised combination of freshly prepared ingredients, convenient produce and frozen, pre-prepared meals, we can ensure that your residents receive a balanced and healthy meal, no matter what.
