White Oaks Secures New Partnership with Housing 21

New contract expands our growing portfolio across retirement living and extra care

White Oaks have strengthened our growing portfolio with a new partnership with Housing 21, a leading not-for-profit provider of Retirement Living and Extra Care.

The new contract will see us provide resident catering services across eight Housing 21 developments – seven in London and one Extra Care independent living development in Burgess Hill, West Sussex – serving approximately 300 residents.

The partnership follows a number of recent contract wins across hospices, care homes and assisted living facilities, further strengthening our experience and presence across the senior living sector.

Creating enjoyable and nutritious dining experiences

Across all eight sites, residents are offered a daily lunch menu designed to provide a balanced and enjoyable meal, with a focus on comforting, traditional dishes and familiar flavours.

Each menu features a choice of starters, main courses and desserts, with a range of options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences, including vegetarian choices. Lighter alternatives are also available, alongside a selection of vegetables and sides.

Nutritional information is clearly displayed, with dishes labelled according to calorie content and identified as vegetarian, healthy choice or high protein. This enables residents to make informed choices based on their individual needs and preferences.

Meals are freshly prepared and served in communal dining settings, helping to make mealtimes a sociable and enjoyable part of the day while supporting a strong sense of community.

As part of the new partnership, 40 employees have transferred to White Oaks, helping to provide continuity and stability across the sites.
